Better than a strong cup of coffee.

This week has been one of the most hectic ever since I started working here. It's starting to get old, frankly.

I've had the same guy call 3 times, mostly because he's horribly confused. The last call was because he was getting his password wrong. I told him it ended in ZERO. He was entering 'O'.

I even told him, very specifically, that it was zero.

I love it.
