Hamster Wheel Day

Apparently overnight, the composite IQ of our customers has dropped significantly lower than my average daily readership(hi-ho!).

So far today, I had a guy who didn't understand the concept of drag and drop, a guy who wasn't sure how to access the tools menu in Internet Explorer, and another guy who just wants to ask about storms, not about anything involving my actual job. The guy I'm on the phone with right now(on his second call to me) is really pissing me off.

If I had any hair to pull out, I would.
