on whether or not a broker should listen to my trading advice:

"Listening to my trading advice is NOT recommended by four out of five persons who use Refco Express."

to a broker who didn't listen when my boss told him to always log out, not just terminate Refco Express:

"As your techincal support professional, I'm telling you that you have to log out- don't just kill the program."
